Copy addons from RW5 to RW8

I took the leap directly from RW5 to RW8. I have two addons in RW5, Stacks and Blocks. I was able to convert my projects from 5 to 8 but I don’t see a way to copy the addons over

RW 5.4 does not have the “reveal addons” option mentioned in the articles

The first article gives you the default location:
~/Library/Application Support/RapidWeaver/
