How do you create a place on the home page for users visiting the website to create an account with log in information?
What would they be logging in for?

To simply create an account on my website and look through any saved forms they have under their account. Essentially a membership account that they would have to sign up for in order to use the website.
For a membership site, probably the best option would be a product called sitlok https://www.vibralogix.com/sitelokpw/
It provides a pretty complete membership solution, and integrate well with rapidweaver.
