I’d like to know if i can create a blog with stacks and how I “link” stacks with blog page on rapidweaver?

As @jabostick says. Poster is your best solution. It has something of a learning curve, but after initial setup it’s very easy to use. And very flexible.
If you want to update via a web interface then I’d suggest Armadillo: but then you lose some of the Stacks flexibility you apparently want.
You can also use Total CMS to make a great blog on a stacks page. Very customizable and you can blog on any device.
