Divider in stacks not working among other issues

I drop the divider into my stacks page and it won’t show up on the preview or upon publishing. Also, the 2 stack with images dropped in makes the images unequal and text boxes become staggered. really annoying.

Well, the hr tag for the divider is on the page, with a CSS class “custom”. Not on my Mac right now, it just looks like the divider is hidden via CSS?
