What is the best RapidWeaver e-commerce stack…? I haven’t found many. I need something simple but that can handle 100 products with alternate shipping.
Can you tell us more about your requirements, particularly whether you need to be able to run the store without having to use Rapidweaver once it’s set up and which payment processor you want to use?
Yes, want store embedded in my rapid weaver website. I sell books.
That’s not enough information for me to offer any advice I’m afraid.
Here are the options you have (that I am aware of, sure there are others) Note, I searched e-commerce on https://rapidweavercommunity.com and put them in order of how they showed up (so not in any particular order) except for the first 6 on the list (Cartloom and Ecwid are not on that site, and the plugin and stacks that go with them I wanted to keep near them on the list):
Cartloom - http://cartloom.com
Store Front Cartloom Stack - https://cartloom.com/rapidweaver-storefront-stack
Ecwid - http://ecwid.com
Ecwid Plugin for RW - https://rapidweavercommunity.com/addons/plugins/ecwid-online-store
Ecwid Stacks - https://rapidweavercommunity.com/addons/stacks/ecwid-stacks
Ecwid Project File for UIKit 3 - https://rapidweavercommunity.com/addons/projects/ecwid-shop-project-for-uikit3
Cart 3 - https://rapidweavercommunity.com/addons/stacks/cart-3
CartCMS - https://rapidweavercommunity.com/addons/stacks/cartcms
RapidCartPro4 - https://rapidweavercommunity.com/addons/plugins/rapidcart-pro-4
SimpleStore - https://rapidweavercommunity.com/addons/projects/simple-store
To Shoes Store (A project file that uses RapidCartPro4 & Foundry) - https://rapidweavercommunity.com/addons/projects/to-shoes-store
Stripe Checkout - https://rapidweavercommunity.com/addons/stacks/stripe-checkout
Some that did not show up, but I know are out there:
PaySnap - https://www.yabdab.com/rapidweaver/stacks/paysnap/
Again, these are the ones I know about, sure there might be more or other ways to do e-commerce in RapidWeaver. Hopefully the ones I missed will get added.
On a side note, people really should use the RapidWeaver Community Site more. I know not all of the developers list there, but it is a good place to start looking for products before asking questions.
Good luck in your hunt!!
Thanks for all the tips! Excellent!
