'Follow Links' option on the metatarsi page

I have a few pages on my website where I don’t want them indexed, but what does the option to ‘follow links’ do? I’ve searched everywhere before posting this. I’m sure it will be something obvious, but just wanted to make sure I was doing things right.

@ben @dan ? I’m following the SEO course, but it doesn’t mention these.

Follow links tells search engines whether or not to read the links on the page to go index them.

Also know that Search Engine can do as they desire… they are not obligated to follow your instructions. Same is true for “no index.” For much more info just search the web for “Follow Links”
