I currently use a form that has 21 fields.
I’ve checked with one plugin (HTML Contact Form) and I can’t make custom fields with their plugin.
Do you know which “forms” plugin I can create custom form fields, example: name, phone, height, weight, age, state of residence, etc.
I also need to “hide” the Subject from the viewer, I need to use a specific subject.
