I have just upgraded to Chillidogs FormsPlus 2.0
What I am seeing in preview is not what is showing after publishing.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try Republish All, as it looks like there are some jQuery errors on your page. Maybe something didn’t get published.
Are you hosted with Chillidog? I am, and I had a very similar problem with FormsPlus. Their support is very good, and they sorted it out. It was something to do with the php on the server.

FYI for anybody else, FormsPlus 2 required PHP 7.4 or higher
