Logo padding adjustment?

Hi I am still new to rapidweaver 7, trying to get my first site up and running but noticed my logo is about 3" from the top of the page in the preview and online. Wondering if there is a place to adjust the padding.

I went through the theme tools in the master style area but there isn’t a box or area to change the padding for the logo.

I am using the Nick Cates IRIS
