New Project uses wrong email in the "contact me"

Hi
I’m creating a new project and by default Rapid Weaver insert my Appleid email address.
First thing I do is to click on “General” and change the email address for my info@mydomain.com
On my site I have a contact me form. When I test, I never received any email to my info@mydomain.com but all the emails come through my apple email.

How can fix this?

Set the to address in the form
