It would be nice if the text in the Notes panel was a bigger font - having to squint to read it.

Ah yes, that’s a good shout!

We do need to circle back to the Site settings, and give it another pass, including the Notes area!

Ok, Followup of this issue on version (22822): Please set it to 18px !

Also, when not selected, the text is black on black background.

Do you have a screenshot? I can’t seem to replicate the black text on black background issues…

I’m wondering if you pasted some styled text into the notes area? :thinking:

Can you reproduce the issue in a new document?

Ok, tried new project - black on black isn’t a problem anymore.
Still would like 18px for us ‘old timers’.

I guess we really need to make the size user configurable…

Hi Dan,
just played around with the new Beta. Big improvement to last week! I find lots of small issues within the Elements or however we are calling them now :slight_smile: - The App itself is really rock solid for a Beta. Not one crash in 3 hours!

I am usually working extensively with the Note tool to document my projects. So the reported issue with the black text on dark grey background is not fully solved. In an existing project the text stays black (see screenshot). When I open a new project the text is then white.

A configurable size and color would probably be the best. Or you implement markdown for the freaks :slight_smile:

Ah-ha! Thanks for the info. I’ve managed to recreate the issue here so we can now get this fixed for the next beta :crossed_fingers:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Make sure RW is in Dark Mode
  2. Enter some text into the Notes field.
  3. Save and Close document
  4. Reopen document, and see note text is now black on a black background.
