This is something that I have really never used in RW but when I was using the notes section in Elements I thought it would be nice to bold some text. so the format dropdown has highlighted som text formatting and some unavailable. That said none of the text formatting worked . So I then went out and tried it in other areas and noting works there even though the selection shows available for what I highlight.
Just wanted to bring this up incase someone else has not brought it up.
