I have been experimenting building a home page. I was able to build a banner with navigation bar, but things get confusing after that. Under the banner I placed a grid and containers in the grid boxes. At this point I get confused about best practices for spacing. There is the Grid and the Containers. At this point I made changes to margins and padding in both components. Is this correct or am I missing something? No, I don’t write code. I guess this is where pre made templates will be helpful to people like myself. I’d like to see more beginner videos and perhaps something on the layout and spacing controls.
Use the Gap settings on the grid. No need to adjust margins on every container.

You can place your images directly in the grid (no need for containers in grids unless you need more control).

Just be aware, that you need to use the same image sizes if you want a consistent look.
