PayPal button bust

I had a PayPal button on my old RW 4 site and they have a new code for this. When I inserted the code on my Home page, I had to copy it into the URL link. Once I did this and published the site, it returns with this message:

Not Found

The requested URL /<form action= was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Is this a PayPal issue or RW? They provided me the HTML code but the website didn’t handle it well. Any suggestions how to resolve this? Thanks in advance!

I got this figure out. Code has to be inserted directly into the page itself.
