I am thinking about bying cms stack to access my page when I am not at my computer, and my question is whether the changes I make using easy-cms will remain after I have uploaded new content from rapid-weaver on my mac?

Yes, you will not lose your content when you republish. In fact, the content does not reside in your RapidWeaver project, even though it shows up in preview.

Yup, as long as you do not change the IDs in the project file, your content will always be there.
