RapidCart error at point of payment - Help!

Hi, I have RapidCart 3 which I use with RapidWeaver 5, all has worked fine until recently. When customers are adding items to the basket as soon as the Postage fee is added an error will appear at checkout point, which says “some information is missing or incomplete” . If the Postage fee is removed then checkout operates as normal. I’m really stuck as to why it’s suddenly started to do this. Any help appreciated, thanks

Most of times the problem is due to some chars like ' in item’s name that are not accepted by Paypal.
