Remove svg for Safari Pinned Tab

Added some Web icons for my site which works well. I added an svg and then realized that the svg wouldn’t work. The preview in Rapidweaver is empty. However, I still see the file being uploaded to ftp. The same is happening for an iPhone/iPad Retina icon. I added a large icon 256x256. After removing the file it still shows up on ftp. I deleted the files, did a “Republish all files” and both the svg and the 256x256 icon show up.

Read the docs and made a better svg file. Then it’s again possible to delete the svg file. If someone else has the same problem…
