Resources changed not uploading

I’m having issues with resources changed not uploading in RW8.2. The page the resource is linked to loads, but not the resource file itself. The only way I can get the file loaded onto the server seems to be republishing the whole site. Not exactly what I want RW to do. Anyone with similar issues?

I’ve been doing that, but one resource file isn’t uploading.

Delete and read it to the project?

Thanks. Did that. The problem seems to be on the server. It’s rejecting the file as it sees a virus. I’ve scanned it with numerous malware scanners and there’s no issue. I’m in touch with my host. Thank you for assistance, Joe.
