I have an old post that is sitting in the backup folder on my server. it is folder/filename.cms. How do I restore this file? Thanks, and thanks to Joe and Steve for solving my earlier issue.
The easiest way right now is to open the file in a text editor and paste the content in as a new post. Upload the images again.
