Saving your work

Today I deleted a bunch of files from my Dropbox and Box accounts. Imagine my surprise when I found out that Rapidweaver was saving my web sites there. I had to restore everything, and thank god I was able to get my 4 web sites back. Disaster averted. I’m now saving to my desktop. How do I tell Rapidweaver to start saving to my desktop as opposed to Dropbox? Also, in Dropbox I had flies all over, not tidy at all… Is it a good idea to save to Dropbox?? Thanks for the help!!
