Ignore the JS in head warning, there’s nothing you can do about it unless you abandon RW and handcode your pages.
Ideally you should only have 1 H1 heading on a page, its usually the page title/welcome message, every other heading should be H2,3,4,5,6’s
Treat the likes of those reports you posted as ‘guidelines’ and NOT absolutes, they can be useful for flagging errors like the H1 you got or missing image alt tags but beyond that they can be more trouble than they’re worth.
