It looks like they’re having some technical difficulties (haven’t we all at some point?).
The server is now up, but it now shows the PLESK setup page:

. Still having some issues with my server but will hopefully be back up running again soon.
If you are having any trouble with Charter just let me know. And we have documentation and demo files available over on our Knowledge Base (which is on a different server).
