Social Stacks on Side

Not sure if the subject was clear enough.

Anyway, I thought I saw somewhere a stack that would place social icons on an edge of a webpage.

Or, maybe just a generic stack that would place any copy along an edge of a web page.

Does anyone know of an existing stack that would do what I’m looking for?
