A couple of weeks ago I upgraded my Mac OS from Mojave (which the machine came with) to Sequoia. (A damn foolish move! When will I learn to replace my Mac every 5 years and not push for 7?) I then had to upgrade from Rapidweaver 8 to 9. I thought things were OK-ish, but now Rapidweaver keeps freezing and requiring Force Quit all the time. In particular, I’ve been trying to add a single photo to a page on a project. No good. And when I do manage to add some paragraphs of text, when trying to save the work. No good. Admittedly, the project is a big one, of 1gb, but there are no add-ons. I’m suspecting its Sequioa not behaving properly in my 2019 Mac, because Photos is not giving me access to all my albums, just most of them. And Set-Up involves the screen going yellow for a while and the mouse losing functionality for a while too. I plan to get a new Mac within a few weeks. Any suggestions so that I can keep track of essential changes to Rapidweaver Projects in the meantime? And is there any way I can have Rapidweaver 9 in my next machine as well as this one I’m abandoning without having to pay for a second subscription?
Grateful to any advice from those on the forum with more computer nous than I have. Thanks in anticipation.
