Tab Stack within Tab Stack

Are there any Tab type stack which allows another Tab stack to be placed within it?
My favourite, JW’s Squeezebox stack’s documentation specifically says you cant nest Squeezebox stacks.
But are there similar stacks which do allow such nesting?
