Hi I’m looking for a ticket stack, one that keeps track of customer questions etc. I have not been able to find one.
Consider using a 3rd party ticket/support system. There are many, some free and open source. There are usually means to incorporate same into your website. Third party developers here use them so I’m sure you’ll get some specific suggestions.
Yeah thought about that, but like the idea of configuring it myself… Found a really good one though at phpjabbers.com
