Trying to add Messenger Code Snippet to RW Stack Page

Hi, I wanted to add the Messenger Pop up window capability to my RW site. Generated the Code Snippet in Facebook and copied the code snippet to the Body section of my webpage. Unfortunately nothing happened. I am using the Aspen theme. Any suggestions? Anybody get it to work?

Without a URL to at least a test page and/or seeing the code you copied it’s hard to say.
