Unable to Add Resource Files

For some reason I’m no longer able to add Resource Files to the Resource Folders in my RW7 project. I’ve tried drag-and-drop and the Add button. Neither works. When I create a new test project, no worries at all. I’ve closed the file and RW then re-opened. Still the same problem.

Any thoughts or pointers on this?

This used to happen to me. If I restarted the computer it worked again. I don’t use resources anymore, though. I warehouse all my images.
