Annoying arrow in the Resources folder

Every time I choose a resource to manually drop it in the resources file it show me a small arrow and won’t let me drop it in the folder. What I’m, doing wrong?

@LSPhoto had this issue at one point I believe and I can’t remember how she eventually resolved it. I’ll see if I can dig up the thread…

Edit: here’s the thread. It doesn’t look resolved on the forum so I don’t know if Lisa got things fixed ‘offline’ with RW support or if she found a different workaround…

Adding resources in RW 7 -- not solved. have to restart computer

OK… silly question here. I used to link my images on my website. Now I am using resources for the first time. I added some folders of images and that works great. I understand how to replace/relink a resource. But how the heck do I add new images to the RW resource folder? I’ve tried dragging them in and they don’t go. thanks

I switched to warehousing, but what worked for me with the resources was restarting my computer.
