What is a draft?

When you check the draft box in RW, what happens? Does the page get published if you press the publish icon? If you publish all files does a draft page get published?

If I have a landing page that is used for a week but I want to retain it but remove it from the internet, what is the best way to do that?

Draft pages do not get published. However if you already published it you will have to remove it via ftp or your server file manager RW does NOT delete any files from the server-ever.
