Bug in beta 6 ? - "Ignore formatting" not saving?

I have some php code in my sidebar… If I use the “ignore formatting” on edit it is highlighted dark pink instead of normal light pink. Save Project. Open project… it is no long colored.

This is happens in beta 5 and 6. Up to and including beta 4 all was normal.

(Thus, I’m making sure i use “clear formatting”)
