without the URL its just a guess…
You have both a .htm and .php page, you need to get rid of the html page

When you add Page Safe to a page, it changes the Filename of the page from index.html to index.php. For some reason RapidWeaver does not delete files when a new one is published, so right now you have two sites on your server
http://www.mybkaf.com/index.php
and
http://www.mybkaf.com/index.html
Most hosts will always point to the index.html over index.php so you need to go on your server and remove the index.html page from it.
