Adding widget code to a blog - help needed

Hi

I want to paste code for a widget to my latest blog post - its a link to a charity donation page. The company who sent me the code say it works fine at their end. I’ve pasted it into the text part of my blog and formatted as code, but all I see is a grey empty rectangle . All the other code I have works fine. It is a Mac / PC thing?

@lizor In order to help with the problem we really need to see the published page and/or code for the widget. Do you have a URL for the page?
