Alternative font/text color in Edit only?

Is there a way to have alternative color for font/text in edit only? Or make white font and text visible in edit mode?

White font or text are invisible in RW edit mode since I don’t load background while editing so I have to play guessing games to find the text by trying to highlight it over with the mouse to make changes in the text or fonts.
