Any stacks for html email build?

Is possible to export a Rapidweaver page to be use as an html-email? I know they’re apps that create html emails and even Apple Mail can create them (very basic) but my question is Do I need to wrap that code on specific bracket to be used as an html email? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
