When I am in the online settings section of Armadillo, I clicked “Save” to try and save it and I get this error message “An error occurred when trying to save your settings.”
I can’t get out of it, I don’t know what’s caused it and I ended up losing all the changes I’ve made.
This is the second time it’s happened to me…has anyone encountered this error before?
More importantly, would anyone know how to get around this problem?

I had a similar problem which turned out to occur when I used Chrome. Using Safari there was no issue.
You may have hit on something…I was also using Chrome!
Next time I hit the error, I’ll try using Safari and see if the problem goes away.
I ended up re-creating the database and re-creating everything but now, every time after a successful save, I click “Backup now” to create a backup of the database!

This particular message displays when Armadillo is not able to connect to the PHP script which actually saves your settings. Since there are many different reasons why this might happen, please get in touch if you’re seeing this.
