Blank Theme for RW 5

I need to find a Theme that is a Blank page to use as a simple entry page to my websites. The only thing I need to do with it is put a few images which will contain links onto the page. Would like to arrange them in a oval configuration. Will need a drag and drop environment to make this work.

Any ideas where I can find such a theme? It won’t be used for anything other than a few images with links as specified.

Typo on the subject line. Using RW 6 not 5. Need a theme that is compatible with RW 6.
