Bug? RW7 & RW8 Side Bar File Names and Alt Tags all the same - bug?

Not sure if I found a bug or we have corrupt files. But all of our RW7 RW8 side bars do the same thing. New files, old files…

When you double click and image the file name and alt tag is correct. Go to the next image and it has the same file name and alt tag as the first one you edited.

Close RW and open it again and the file names are reset to correct. But the same issue happens again.

Have tried with NC Themes and Stock themes. Same issue

Anyone have any ideas?
