I’m not sure if this is an issue with RW6 or Apple. Here goes. When I try to add additional colour palette lines to my selection, it simply won’t allow me to. I can expand the colour pod, however it won’t allow me to add new lines. Has anyone ever encountered this, or have a solution to this problem?

If I understand your question correctly, then it’s Apple’s zero-tolerance attitude to any kind of improvement in the colour-picker in the last ten years. In other words, what you see is what you’ve got.
However you can complement your colour-picker by creating your own ‘project’ palettes in the third tab from the left, where you can use the gearwheel to add a new palette, and then drag your colours into there.

The maximum size appears to be 10x30 - at least in Mavericks.
