not sure if this is me or a bug, moved from float to columns (definitely did not use columns in Rapidweaver or tried in tailwind), a lot of different options on the tailwind site. So if I remove the image from the drop zone and replace with text no issue, just issue in Elements viewing, in safari no issue, still working through tailwind columns and options
Can you supply the project so we can take a closer look?
Thanks, although this is a tricky one. There’s certainly limitations in the Editor, and things we’ve never thought of, it feels like you might be bumping against the edges…
We’ll dig into this a little and see if there’s anything we can do here.
It works fine if I just add one dropzone, which was all I was aiming for, just thought I would try another dropzone, you can add 2 columns and it works in safari as well, so it does work for me
If I replace the dropzone with an image control it now works in the editor
download here
elementsapp://downloadDocument/2U86xRoCREDy
works with 2 columns set with different min widths
if I drop a container into the page I have the odd behaviour with columns, drop columns into the container issue is resolved
Just an FYI - things might work a little better for you in the next beta, stay tuned!
@dan thanks
if anyone would like to test for me in the interim

I have left in a container, you can delete typography add again to add text, I also added turn off image
Try that document with the new beta we just pushed out…
@dan works great now, see added styling, I can even drop in an image and no issues, not tried a video yet, at the start of each typography, except when I add a container see recording, if I drop in container it kind of works, container restricts width this may be me
here is the Elements file, still practicing, trying different things
@dan wow I even dropped my float component in the column component and it works need to work on image position
wow only thing not working is video
Awesome and and yes, the Gallery Component is still a work in-progress, so you can expect to see many improvements in the next few betas!
@dan thanks, the only issue is the container affecting the columns
@dan
video works if I drop it in a container dropped in the column component, but if I drop a container in the page it messes up the column in edit not in safari
ok strange it is now working with a container above
just need to tidy up the controls and change them a bit as I was just trying to get this to work
Elements is excellent a couple of lines of tailwind and you can use almost all of the Elements built in components with the code, really cool and powerful, tremendous and still in beta
Yes, it’s really awesome, it seems like you’re really getting the magic of Elements now.
Keep up the good work, it’s nice to see you pushing what Elements can do and showing others how powerful this stuff is
