That depends on if you use Stacks or not.
If yes: There used to be more stacks out there that facilitated this, but quite a few of them have disappeared.
One that’s still around, is Comments ($10, Weaver’s Space).
Personally I went with my own solution, created in PHP, which I paste in an HTML stack on the pages where I need it.
If you don’t use Stacks, social media integration might be the only way to go. Facebook offers this (link), for example.
