Consolidate a decade of themes, stacks, plugin?

Been using RW pretty much since day one. Now I have stuff scattered all over my drive:
~/library/containers/realmacsoftware.rapidweaver/data/library/application support/rapidweaver
RW app/contents/resources
~library/application support/RapidWeaver/
~/ligrary/group containers/P97H7FTHWN.com.realmacsoftware.rapidweaver

How can I consolidate, how can I manage all this stuff? I’d like to whittle things down; get rid of stuff left over from 2012; toss out ancient-looking themes… My stacks folder has 835 items in it!

Any suggestions?
