How do i convert existing rapid 7 sites to rapid 8 ?
Just open your 7 project in 8 - 8 will automatically convert it and make a new document without affecting your old 7 document so you will still be able to open it in 7.

As many people who have moved from 7 to 8 will tell you, it is a very simple process with none (or very few) of the difficulties which previous new versions have presented.
