Encoding problem Formsnap 2 and MySQL

Hi,

I bought Formsnap 2 and created a nice form. The problem is with the encoding: On the stack I use utf-8 and quoted-printable, on the MyQSL database I tried latin1_general_cs, utf8_unicode_ci and utf8mb4_roman_ci, but nothing is working with the German Umaute.

There was another post about an umlaut problem recently. I think it turned out to be a font problem. Could it be the same here?
