Please take a look at my site - www.hbtune.com and let me know your honest feedback - the good, bad and ugly! I am interested in functionality and format etc, but I am also interested in the following issues:
- Do you quickly know what my product is and how it works?
- Can you easily navigate around the site and do you understand the features.
- Does it seem trustworthy and easy to choose your product and check out.
I do a decent amount of sales volume on the site with a 2 - 8 % closing ratio, depending on where the visitor comes from. Repeat customers do much better than PPC visitors. Obviously I would like to improve upon those numbers.
The site was created with Foundation and screens by Joe Workman. I used to use Cartloom and switched to Volusion as my shopping cart recently. Volusion is better than Cartloom for SEO and a few other issues, but I would love any comments about alternatives to Volusion.
