For the last week or so, I’ve noticed that something called the Grid stack from Foreground needs updating. So I update it. It installs and appears in the library with the updated version number. Then next time I check for updates, the same stack is there again. Rinse and repeat.

I have exactly the same thing going on. I deleted the stack just to get rid of it. Annoying after a few days.
