Form in Stacks page

Hi,

I bought Stacks for RapidWeaver 7 and I would like to have a form with subscription button inside my Stacks page. I found some other stacks that offer forms, but they require also to have a dedicated page for the form.

Would you know of any plugin that would allow me to add a form inside my Stacks page?

There are a number. FormSnap from Yabdab is a good general purpose one. If you just want it for subscriptions, Post Office from Joe Workman is just the thing.
