Hi - is there a form stack that allows a checkbox setup - so something like ‘agree’, ‘strongly agree’ etc?

FormsPlus is a great stack but you can also do checkboxes with the built-in Contact Form page type - though obviously that’s a page and not a Stacks page.

As Rob said above… The standard Contact Form plugin that comes with RW allows for check boxes and radio buttons. I have a 23 question questionnaire that is almost all check boxes. It will email the responses to you when someone fills it out.
