Form Stack with a re-direct

Hi, I am looking for a Form Stack (I have couples) but what I need is: after filling the information and you hit submit, the information goes to the email address assigned and at the same time a re-direct to a goodbye page after it submits.
Any inputs, Thanks!

If you own my Foundation stacks, the form stacks inside there will redirect after the form has been submitted.
