in Foundry is an option to enable Display setting to create larger display headers. Is there an option in Foundation to do this with a single click?

Not exactly sure what you are asking for. The supersize text?? Does Foundry show an example of it?
@zeebe yes, the supersize text for a Site Title in the Banner.

That is just a heavier weight H2 stack, that can easily be done with Header Pro by Big White Duck. If you have not seen all of the Big White Duck Stacks I suggest you take a look as they are awesome and will make Foundation and almost any theme (not all stacks work with all themes though) a better experience. They are free, but you can donate to @tav if you like.
